2.2. All product descriptions and pricing are subject to change at any time without notice.
2.3. INDE Concealed Carry Gear reserves the right to discontinue any product at any time.
3. Ordering and Payment
3.1. When placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information.
3.2. Orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
3.3. INDE reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason.
3.4. Prices for products are listed in US dollars and do not include shipping charges.
3.5. Payment can be made through the available payment methods on the website.
4. Shipping and Delivery
4.1. All holsters are made to order and lead time is 10-14 business days from the date of purchase.
4.2. Orders shipped WITHOUT a holster will be shipped within 2-3 business days from the date of purchase.
4.3. Bundles containing BOTH holster(s) and bag(s) will ship together once the holster is complete. All holsters are made to order and lead time is 10-14 business days from the date of purchase.
4.4. Once a product ships you will receive a tracking number via email. Your product will arrive in 5-7 business days on average once shipped.
4.5. Your order can be tracked via UPS/USPS by the tracking number provided via email.
5. Cancellation
3.1. You can submit a cancellation request within 24 hours of the order being placed. Simply contact us so that request can be submitted.
6. Returns and Exchanges
6.1. INDE accepts returns within 30 days from the date of delivery, subject to our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
6.2. To initiate a return or exchange, please follow the instructions on our website.
