Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy describes when and how INDE will ship your order and what notifications you will receive to keep you up to date on your current delivery status.

1. Lead Times

1.1. All holsters are made to order and lead time is 10-14 business days from the date of purchase. 

1.2. Orders WITHOUT a holster will be shipped within 2-3 business days from the date of purchase. 

1.3. Bundles containing BOTH holster(s) and bag(s) will ship together once the holster is complete. All holsters are made to order and lead time is 10-14 business days from the date of purchase. 

2. Tracking

2.1. Once a product ships you will receive a tracking number via email. Your product will arrive in 5-7 business days on average once shipped.

2.3. Your order can be tracked via UPS/USPS by the tracking number provided via email.

3. Cancellation

3.1. You can submit a cancellation request within 24 hours of the order being placed. Simply contact us so that request can be submitted.
