We want you to be completely satisfied with your INDE purchase. If for any reason you're not, we've got your back with our hassle-free Returns & Exchanges Policy.

1. Returns and Exchanges Period

1.1. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery.

2. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

2.1. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging with tags still attached.

3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

3.1. To initiate a return or exchange, please email hello@indecarry.com

3.2. Follow the provided instructions to complete the return or exchange request.

4. Return Shipping Cost

4.1. Return Shipping is free on your 1st return package for any order. You must use the return label we provide, then send the return package to us postmarked within 30 days after the delivery date.

4.2. If you have already returned item(s) from an order but would like to make additional returns of item(s) in the same order, you can use the Return Label we provided, and a $7.99 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. Please note that additional returns must also be postmarked within 30 days after the delivery date. 


5. No Restocking Fee

5.1. We believe in keeping things simple. There is no restocking fee for returned items.

6. Exclusions

6.1. Certain items may not be eligible for return or exchange, such as final sale items. Please check the product description for any exclusions.

7. Refund Process

7.1. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 14 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

7.2. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

8. Damaged or Defective Items

8.1. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our Customer Service team within 7 days of receiving the product by emailing hello@indecarry.com. We will provide assistance and ensure a prompt resolution.

9. Incorrect Shipping Address

Reach out to us at hello@indecarry.com as soon as you notice the error as we may be able to stop the order!

Please be aware that we are not responsible for information which has been entered incorrectly at checkout and we are not able to provide refunds on orders shipped to the address provided at checkout.
